The stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! the Swiss theme added a unique touch to the ambiance, making it a fun experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. I especially enjoyed the convenience of the cafe on the ground floor, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxing drink. the location was ideal, close to major attractions and business districts, making it convenient for both work and leisure.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. the noise from the nearby highway was occasionally disruptive, affecting my sleep quality.

I had an amazing first-time experience at this hotel. the staff was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel itself is spotlessly clean and has a beautiful Swiss design that gives it a premium feel. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. the staff promptly fulfilled our request for a hairdryer, and the swimming pool, although not deep, was perfect for a relaxing swim or for families with kids. the bar and restaurant had reasonable prices and served delicious cocktails. We also appreciated the convenience of the PCR test service offered by the hotel, with quick results. On top of everything, the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake in our room. I couldn't find anything negative about my 6-day stay. the staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful.

You can easily get to Dubai mall in the morning for some shopping or have a nice meal in the center of Dubai. All malls are just a short drive away. The room is nicely designed with modern decor and has good entertainment options. Breakfast options are pretty good, and the staff is really nice.
